5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not share client data, strategies, or results without written consent.
6. Termination
Engagement termination terms are governed by individual service agreements. For website use, we reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.
